In addition to it being a rough year for men, I think it's safe to say it's been a pretty tough year for the airlines as well. Just look at United's horrific story of a pooch passing after being stored in an overhead bin. Or what about the debacle with another United passenger who was dragged off a plane for not giving up his seat on an overbooked flight. Ok, so maybe it's just been a rough year for United....
Either way, the airline industry needed a win and that's just what they got in a recent JetBlue flight. Mid fight, a frenchie who was in an under-seat carrier, appeared to be in distress—his tongue and gums were blue which is a sign he wasn't getting enough oxygen. Thinking on their feet, the JetBlue flight attendants brought over water, ice and even an oxygen mask. After strapping the mask onto the little guy, his breathing returned to normal and it was abundantly clear he felt better.
We can't post the pics of the adorable dog on our blog because, sadly, they're not ours to post. But I promise you, it's worth a look at the original article here to see the cutie patootie and his new flight friends.
Til' next time,
